Determination: Key to taking it to the next level.

Beginning this Sunday and each Sunday in March, I will be preaching a series of messages on how to "Take it to the Next Level," first of all in life as an individual and secondly as a corporate body of believers, the Church at Parkers Creek!

This week, our focus will be on DETERMINATION. We must determine to get up, get over the past and get on with it! We must determine to keep our hand to the plow and not look back! We must as Winston Churchill said, "NEVER, NEVER, NEVER GIVE UP!"  We must have determination that against all odds, we will go forward to apprehend and that Christ apprehended us for both in this life and the life to come!

Legendary Coach Vince Lombardi said it best when he said,"The spirit, the will to win, and the will to excel are the things that endure. These qualities are so much more important than the events that occur."

We too must have that inner drive fueled by the Holy Spirit to go on to be all that God has called us to be!  Determine today to look forward ~ ever pressing onward and upward toward the prize of what God has called you to be!  Have a great rest of the week in Jesus!  Hope to see you Sunday @ the Creek!
